Coffee and cajeta jelly

Invite your friends and pamper them with this Coffee and cajeta jelly!


Ingredients:

- 1 cup of Cajeta

- ½ cup evaporated milk

- ½ cup whole milk

- ½ cup half cream

- 6 tbsp. gelatin (hydrated)

- 2 cups of American coffee (hot and strong)

- 2 tbsp. muscovado sugar

- ½ cup whipping cream (whipped)

- 2 tbsp. dark chocolate chips

- ⅓ cup of raspberry


Preparation:

For the coffee jelly: add the muscovado sugar to the coffee and dissolve. Add 3 tablespoons of hydrated and melted gelatin and incorporate perfectly. Arrange and tilt a glass or cup, pour the preparation and refrigerate for 2 hours.

For the cajeta jelly: mix and heat over low heat the evaporated milk, the whole milk and the half cream. Add the cajeta along with the gelatin. Incorporate and let cool.

Pour this preparation over the already curdled coffee jelly and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Decorate with whipped cream, chocolate chips, raspberries and Wafers
